Start near Amsterdam Centraal and take the ferry across the IJ River to Amsterdam Noord. From there, cycle through quiet bike paths and charming neighborhoods toward Zaandam. Along the way, stop for a photo at the quirky Inntel Hotel, designed to look like stacked Dutch houses.
