Itinerary Description:

Washington D.C. → Luray Caverns (Optional, 120 mins) → Skyline Drive in Shenandoah National Park [Stony Man Trail (weather permitting, approx. 40 mins round trip)] → Washington D.C.

Luray Caverns (2 hr, optional admission)
Explore an underground landscape of stalactites, mirrored pools, and the cavern's distinctive musical formations.

Stony Man Trail (weather permitting, approx. 40 mins round trip): Take a short scenic hike to enjoy views of the Blue Ridge Mountains and surrounding Shenandoah Valley.

Notes:
1. As Skyline Drive runs through Shenandoah National Park, this tour will enter from the Thornton Gap park entrance in the south and exit via the Front Royal gate in the north. This is a one‑way drive lasting approximately 2 hours, and return to the starting point will not be possible upon tour completion.
2. This tour includes scenic mountain driving and photo stops at some of Shenandoah National Park’s best roadside viewpoints, including Stony Man Trail (weather permitting) and several scenic overlooks along the route.
3. From mid‑October to mid‑November each year, traveling along Skyline Drive, you will admire the picturesque, vibrant autumn foliage of Shenandoah National Park. (Please note that actual views may vary subject to weather conditions.)
4. In case of adverse weather conditions inside the national park (such as heavy fog or rain), entry into the park will not be feasible.
