Don't worry about foreign railway apps. We will purchase your round-trip train tickets from Budapest in advance! After booking, you'll just fill out a quick form with your basic travel details (names/birth dates for the tickets). When you arrive, you can easily reimburse us for the ticket cost. The direct train from Budapest takes just 1h 15m.

Your guide meets you right at Balatonföldvár station with a unique, retro Japanese Kei car minibus. Featuring a full panoramic glass roof that rolls all the way back, it offers an open-air sense of freedom as we cruise the coast.

Summer Beach Finale & Return
We return to the southern shore for a perfect finale at a beautiful beach in Balatonföldvár, where the guided tour ends. It’s the ideal spot to swim and relax. (Note: Beach fee is ~1,700 HUF/person).

The railway station is just a short 800-meter walk from the beach. Since we already provided your return ticket and schedule, your journey back to Budapest will be completely worry-free!

Good to know before you go
  • On weekends, it is recommended to purchase your ticket at least one day in advance. From May 1st, seat reservations are mandatory for all trains during the high season.
  • We handle the train ticket booking for you.
  • The train to Balatonföldvár leaves from Déli Railway Station in Budapest at 8:35 am.
