- The driver will wait a further 15 minutes before leaving the port unless we are Informed that there is been delays in passport, customs control or baggage area.
- If waiting time exceeds 30 minutes, the additional waiting time cost is payable in cash to the driver at the beginning or at the end of your transfer.
- Additional waiting time fees of £12.50 will apply for every 15 minutes, this rate includes waiting time for the driver and carpark fee.
- If after 45 minutes the customer could not be contacted or did not respond, this will result in a customer no-show and a refund will no longer be possible.

This is a private transfer service from Southampton Cruise Port to Central London. Our service allows you to avoid crowded bus stations and the stress of public transport. You can travel comfortably without worrying about navigating the city or managing your luggage through busy stations.
Your driver meets you at the designated pick-up area at the scheduled pick-up time, helps with your luggage, and drives you directly to your destination in a comfortable vehicle suited for your group and your luggage. Your driver will assist with loading and unloading at both ends to ensure a comfortable experience. It is the perfect way to end your cruise holiday with zero stress.
Please note that our standard drop-off service covers Central London only. Locations in North-East, East, and South-East London fall outside this area and may be subject to an additional fee. If you are unsure whether your address qualifies, we kindly recommend contacting us in advance for confirmation and pricing.
Our fleet is designed to accommodate both passengers and their luggage comfortably. A Saloon carries up to 2 passengers with 2 large suitcases and 2 carry-on bags. An MPV carries up to 4 passengers with 4 large suitcases and 4 carry-on bags. A Large MPV or Business MPV carries up to 6 passengers with 6 large suitcases and 6 carry-on bags. Each passenger may also bring one handbag or backpack. For oversized items such as golf clubs, bicycles, or mobility scooters, please inform us in advance so we can recommend a suitable vehicle. If your total luggage exceeds the allowance for your booked vehicle, an upgrade to a larger vehicle will be required. It is very important to inform us of the exact number and size of your bags before travel.
A Stonehenge stop is available as an optional add-on for this transfer. The drive from Southampton to Stonehenge takes approximately 1 hour, and you will have 75 minutes at the site from drop-off. Entry tickets are not included and must be purchased in advance via the official Stonehenge website. Additional waiting fees apply if you return late. If you need more time, please contact us in advance. Opening times may differ on the solstices — check the official website before your visit.
Your driver’s name, phone number, and vehicle details will be sent within 12 hours of your scheduled pick-up, via email, text message, or WhatsApp. For smooth coordination, we recommend providing a mobile number available on WhatsApp or iMessage. Please note that gratuities are not included in the fare and remain at your discretion. We are not liable for missed cruise departures. If your cruise ship is cancelled or diverted, this will be treated as a cancellation by the passenger and a new booking will be required.
