London: City Center and Heathrow to Southampton Transfer

Description

Enjoy a stress-free start to your cruise and take advantage of this shared, direct transfer from selected London city center and Heathrow Airport hotels to Southampton cruise terminals.

Pickup will begin in Central London from 9:45 AM, and Heathrow hotels from 11:00 AM. You will be contacted shortly after booking with your pick up time.

Each vehicle will have a maximum of 4 passengers and 2-3 pickups completed en-route, to ensure a smooth and efficient service. After pickups are completed, you will travel directly to Southampton in a luxury air-conditioned minivan (a journey which takes approximately 2.5 hours), aiming to arrive in Southampton between 1:00PM and 1:30PM.

Upon arrival at the cruise terminal in Southampton, you will walk straight to the check-in desk. Porters will then take care of your luggage, ensuring it is delivered to your cabin (make sure you use the luggage label in your cruise pack to facilitate this).

This service is available on all dates when Royal Caribbean, Carnival, Oceania, NCL, Celebrity, Princess & Disney cruise ships are visiting Southampton. This service is also available to passengers on other ships not listed, when dates and arrival times coincide with ships listed.

How much luggage can I bring?

Each person is allowed a maximum of 2 items of hold luggage (75x51x28 cm - 23kg each) and 1 item of carry on luggage (55x40x20 cm - 10kg each).

Limits on luggage are worked out based on the space available in the vehicle in which you will be travelling. If you bring extra luggage it will not fit in the vehicle. In this instance you will be responsible for arranging separate transportation for your luggage to your cruise ship, which could result in a stressful start to your holiday! And no one wants that!

Should you wish to bring any mobility aids (wheelchairs or walkers) you MUST contact us in advance to let us know. We will require full dimensions and weight. These items must be able to be folded and stored in the luggage hold and will be counted as 1 item of your hold luggage.

Do you pick-up from all hotels?

We only offer pick-up from selected London city centre and Heathrow Airport hotels. If your hotel is not on the list or you are staying at an apartment or Airbnb, you will need to provide the address in the additional information box during the booking process. We will then contact you after your booking is placed to confirm if we can offer a pick-up here or advise on your nearest available pick-up point.
