This is a private transfer service from Heathrow Airport to Southampton Cruise Port, made just for you and your group. Our service is designed for you to skip the crowded bus stations and avoid the stress of public transport, so you don’t have to worry about managing your luggage through busy terminals. The journey takes approximately 1 hour 30 minutes.

We actively monitor your flight in real time using live tracking data. Whether your flight arrives early or is delayed, your driver will adjust the pick-up time accordingly to ensure you are collected on time.

Your driver’s name, phone number, and vehicle details will be sent within 12 hours of your scheduled pick-up via email, text message, or WhatsApp. For the best experience, we strongly recommend providing a mobile number available on WhatsApp or iMessage. Please ensure your phone is switched on after landing to allow for smooth coordination.

Our drivers provide a professional meet-and-greet service inside the arrivals hall at the designated meeting point for your terminal, holding a board with your name for easy recognition. Each terminal has a specific meeting point: Terminal 2 at WHSmith, Terminal 3 at Caffè Nero, Terminal 4 at Costa Coffee, and Terminal 5 at Costa Coffee. Your driver will assist with your luggage and escort you directly to the vehicle.

A Stonehenge stop is available as an optional add-on for this transfer. The drive from Heathrow to Stonehenge takes approximately 1 hour 30 minutes, and you will have 75 minutes at the site from drop-off. Entry tickets are not included and must be purchased in advance via the official Stonehenge website. Additional waiting fees apply if you return late. If you need more time, please contact us in advance. Opening times may differ on the solstices — check the official website before your visit.

Luggage allowances are: Saloon/Executive/Luxury (2 passengers, 2 suitcases, 2 carry-ons), MPV (4 passengers, 4 suitcases, 4 carry-ons), and Large MPV (6 passengers, 6 suitcases, 6 carry-ons).
