This is a private transfer service from Heathrow Airport to Southampton Cruise Port, made just for you and your group, with an optional Stonehenge stop available as an add-on.

We actively monitor your flight in real time using live tracking data. Whether your flight arrives early or is delayed, your driver will adjust the pick-up time accordingly. The pick-up time shown on your booking is an estimate: your complimentary waiting time begins from the actual landing time. If you need a fixed or later pick-up, please tell us in advance.

Our drivers meet you inside the arrivals hall at the designated meeting point for your terminal: Terminal 2 at WHSmith, Terminal 3 at Caffè Nero, Terminal 4 at Costa Coffee, and Terminal 5 at Pret A Manger. Our airport waiting policy allows 75 minutes of free waiting time from the actual landing time, covering disembarkation, passport control and baggage reclaim. Extended waiting is charged per 15-minute slot from £12.50, and a no-show is declared 90 minutes after landing.

If your flight is expected to arrive more than 3 hours later than its scheduled arrival time, or more than 5 hours for non-European flights, the booking will no longer be valid. It will be treated as a no-show, will not be eligible for a refund, and a new booking and full payment will be required, subject to availability.

If you change to a different flight, date, time or airport less than 12 hours before pick-up, please tell us as soon as possible. Accommodating the change depends on availability and an additional fee may apply.

A Stonehenge stop is available as an optional add-on for this transfer. The drive from Heathrow Airport to Stonehenge takes approximately 1 hour 30 minutes, followed by a 75-minute visit and a further 1 hour 15 minutes to Southampton Cruise Port. Admission to Stonehenge is not included.

Your driver's name, phone number, and vehicle details will be sent within 12 hours of your scheduled pick-up via email, text message, or WhatsApp. Your driver will also contact you after landing, so please keep your phone switched on and connected to a mobile network or airport Wi-Fi.

Luggage allowances: Saloon/Executive/Luxury (2 passengers, 2 suitcases, 2 carry-ons), MPV (4 passengers, 4 suitcases, 4 carry-ons), Large MPV (6 passengers, 6 suitcases, 6 carry-ons). Oversized items must be reported in advance. Please provide the correct flight number and arrival time, as we use these to monitor your flight. If we cannot provide the booked transfer due to driver or vehicle unavailability, you will receive a full refund.
