  • From the Touristation Vaticano office, a member of staff will personally escort you to the Vatican Museums entrance.
  • Please ensure your shoulders and knees are covered, as shorts are not permitted.
  • The Vatican Museums offer free admission to visitors with a certified disability of more than 74%. If the visitor requires assistance, a complimentary ticket is also provided for one accompanying person.
  • You must enter the Vatican at the time stated on the ticket issued to you at the Touristation Vaticano office. Late arrivals cannot be accommodated.
  • The Vatican Museums reserve the right to close certain sections, including the Sistine Chapel, without prior notice. Such closures do not entitle visitors to a refund.
