Description

The Skip-the-Line tickets provide the privilege of bypassing the long queues, granting a fast-tracked journey through the Vatican’s extraordinary museums, galleries, and landmarks.

Guided by an expert local guide, this tour dives deep into the fascinating history and art of iconic sites such as the Sistine Chapel, the Belvedere Courtyard, and the antique galleries. You’ll marvel at the Pinecone Courtyard’s Pigna Statue and explore the breathtaking Raphael’s Rooms.

The Sistine Chapel is undoubtedly a highlight, with its profound spiritual and artistic significance, as it is where the Pope worships.

Starting March 1st, new regulations limit Basilica entry. Although we are unable to guide you inside, our expert guide will still provide a detailed explanation of St. Peter’s Basilica during your tour to enhance your visit.
Note: Entry to the Basilica is not guided and may be subject to accessibility restrictions due to high-season events.

Learn secrets and stories only a local can share, such as the origin of the chimney for the papal conclave smoke and the rivalry between Raphael and Michelangelo. Perfect for solo travelers, families, couples, or team-building groups.

Please note: Wheelchair and stroller access is not possible.

Good to know before you go
  • Please arrive 15 minutes before your tour starts. Keep an eye on your final email, sent the day before the tour, which will include all meeting details, any required tickets, and possible schedule updates
  • The Vatican requires modest attire. Sleeveless tops, low-cut clothing, shorts above the knee, miniskirts, hats, and clothing or visible items that may offend Catholic decency are not permitted
  • St. Peter's Basilica: Access is not guaranteed. It may be restricted on Wednesday mornings due to the Papal Audience, is not available on 4:00 PM tours, and cannot be guaranteed for bookings made less than 3 days before the tour, as Basilica reservations must be purchased at least 3 days in advance. Access may also be suspended at any time by the Vatican due to religious ceremonies, security measures, or operational reasons. If access is unavailable, your guide will explain the Basilica, and the tour will continue through additional areas of the Vatican Museums instead
