Description

Pedal along the Appian Way, the queen of long roads, on a full-suspension e-mountain bike or a comfortable e-bike.

Today, the Appian Way is a magnificent natural park, rich in monuments and treasures. It is an oasis of tranquility and relaxation waiting to be discovered.

We will start with an optional visit to the mysterious Catacombs, then follow the Appian Way past ruins such as the Villa of Maxentius and the Mausoleum of Cecilia Metella.

Then we will discover the Park of the Aqueducts and its wonderful remnants in the spectacular atmosphere of one of Rome’s most beautiful parks.

The next optional stop is a chance to taste typical Roman dishes and relax in nature in the heart of the Eternal City before one last immersion in nature.

On Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday we go to the catacombs of San Callisto.
On Wednesdays, as San Callisto is closed we go to the Catacombs of San Sebastiano.
The tour finishes at the same address as the meeting point.
