  • The Colosseum management does not provide the possibility to amend or cancel admission tickets; for this reason, we are unable to refund guests who do not wish to join the tour due to bad weather.
  • The tour reservations have strict timing. To join the tour, be at the meeting point for check-in at least 30 minutes before your departure time.
  • If you arrive late, it will not be possible to join the tour or reschedule your visit.
  • The amount paid covers reservation services, staff assistance, taxes, VAT, the special access card, the audio guide service, and other operational expenses.
  • A fully charged smartphone (recommended model year 2021 or newer) is required to download and use both the audio guide app and the special access card app.
