This is a hands-on class, but if you’d just like to be a spectator you can relax, watching the chef working, with a glass of wine.
You’ll learn to make home-made pasta from scratch, cleaning and preparing seasonal vegetables to fry and tasting dessert that all roman grandmas used to cook for local kids.
