You’ve never done a cooking class like this before. Join us in the Eternal City for three hours of fun, drinks, and great food—a perfect experience with your partner or friends. There’s no better way to spend your holiday!

In this class, you’ll learn to make three spritz cocktails—the Italian staples—and fresh handmade pasta with a traditional Roman sauce, all guided by a local expert chef.

We’ll start with an Aperol Spritz, then continue with a Hugo Spritz while you cook. Using fresh, locally sourced ingredients, you’ll roll, cut, and cook your own fettuccine, and learn to make classic carbonara or cacio e pepe.

While everything comes together, you’ll also enjoy your third drink—a Limoncello Spritz—to complete the experience.

Once everything is ready, sit down and enjoy your homemade meal with your fellow guests and chef.
