Description

You’ve never done a cooking class like this before. Join us in the Eternal City for three hours of fun, friends, drinks and great food. There’s no better way to spend your holiday!

In this class, you’ll learn to make three spritzes, the staple Italian drink, and fresh, handmade pasta with a traditional sauce. All in three hours, guided by a local expert chef.

We’ll start with an Aperol spritz - the perfect drink to get to know everyone else in the class and meet your chef. Once everyone’s ready, we’ll get to cooking!

Using fresh, locally sourced ingredients, you’ll roll, cut and cook your very own fettuccine, and learn how to make the ultimate carbonara or cacio e pepe sauce to go with it. While you’re cooking, you’ll also be enjoying a Hugo spritz - because why not?

Once everything's ready, enjoy your food with your new friends, your chef, and a delicious Limoncello spritz to cap off your meal.
