Rome wasn't built in a day, but that won't stop you from seeing it in one by bike. On this half-day tour through the ancient city, enjoy the benefits of a personally guided tour. If you are new to Rome, allow your experienced leader to take you to the tourist hot spots you won't want to miss.

Two itineraries here below are an excellent way to discover the city. You can even include a stop for lunch or ice cream (additional cost) – an opportunity to relax and take in the surroundings of this busy city.

Bring along friends or the whole family, as children's bikes are also available. If your group is larger than 12, it will likely be split up into 2, but you have the option to allow your tours to coincide on breaks. Regardless of who you are with or where you go, prepare to see the city in way unlike any other.

Good to know before you go
  • Infants younger than 1 are not allowed to participate in the tour for safety reasons. Infants aged 1-4 years traveling on a child seat (with a load capacity of up to 55 lbs or 25 kg) come on the tour free of charge
  • For children aged 5-8 years, a child extension (child streamliner) is provided
  • Children aged 9 and above can independently ride on an appropriately sized bike (e-bikes are also available)
  • Wearing a helmet during the ride is mandatory (helmets are provided for free)
  • The difficulty level of the proposed 4-hour itineraries is easy. The routes are 13-14 km long, with a low elevation gain (80 m)
  • In absence of preferences stated for the itinerary, Itinerary 1 will apply by default for morning departures and Itinerary 2 will apply by default for afternoon departures
