  • Please review the driving requirements (Self-drive option only):
  • 1. Scooter experience: This option is suitable only for guests who already feel confident riding a 125cc scooter in busy city traffic. Not recommended for beginners. Minimum age: 18 years.
  • 2. Driver’s license: EU-issued driving license category A or B (also valid for UK, Turkey, Israel, and Switzerland).
  • 3. International Driving Permit (IDP): If your license was issued outside the EU, a valid International Driving Permit is required by Italian law.
  • 4. Security deposit: A €500 security deposit is required at check-in (credit card or cash). The deposit is fully refunded after the tour once the Vespa is returned in the same condition.
  • U.S. guests: An International Driving Permit issued by AAA is required.
