Start by teaming up with a local chef who will guide you through the art of making pizza the Roman way—from kneading dough to topping and baking it to perfection. Then move on to spritz, mixing three Italian classics: Aperol Spritz, Hugo Spritz, and Limoncello Spritz.

When everything’s done, we’ll sit down together to enjoy our handmade pizza and drinks, share stories, and toast to an unforgettable Roman night.
