Inside a secret, huge, professional laboratory, Vice Italia will reveal you the secrets of Italian pastry making. Our laboratory is located just steps from Battistini metro station on Line A, directly connected to Rome’s city center.

Join our Baking WorkShop and our master bakers. Through an hands-on experience, they will teach you how to make the world-famous Italian tiramisu, Sicilian cannoli and the beloved italian Gelato, unveiling all the secret of production and storage.

You will have all the equipment and ingredients you need to make the 3 recipes and will receive the best advice on how to reproduce them at home!
