Description
Master the art of making the perfect pasta and tiramisu in this 3 hour masterclass with the help of an expert chef. Cooking traditional Italian food in the heart of Rome - what could be better than that?
In this class, you’ll make a delicious, creamy tiramisu with fresh, locally-sourced ingredients. Then, whilst you’re letting that set in the fridge, you’ll learn how to make homemade pasta from scratch. Mix, roll, knead and cut your dough into your very own fettuccine, all under the guidance of your local expert chef.
Master making an authentic sauce to pair with your pasta - carbonara, or cacio e pepe, it’s up to you! Whilst you’re cooking, sip your drinks and learn the history of Italian cooking with your new foodie friends.
Then, it’s time for the best part. It’s time to eat what you’ve made. Settle down with a glass of local wine, and enjoy your delicious, traditional meal.
Finish the class with a glass of limoncello, and take all of your recipes with you in a handy ebook, ready to wow your friends and family when you’re home.
