Description

Make your way to the restaurant located in central Rome where you’ll meet your small group of aspiring Pizza and Tiramisu chefs. Here, you’ll spend a delightful evening learning how to make authentic Roman style pizza from fresh ingredients and our Italian traditional dessert Tiramisu.
 
You’ll start with a theoretical and then practical lesson on how to make Tiramisu starting from the cream. Then, choose which type of pizza you’d like to make – marinara (tomato, garlic, oregano), margherita (tomato, mozzarella, basil), diavola (tomato, mozzarella, spicy salami, chili) or Napoli (tomato, mozzarella, anchovies) and with help of local guide bake your favorite pizza.
 
After the lesson, you’ll be accompanied to your table where you’ll enjoy a delicious bruschetta while your pizza is cooked in a oven. Savor Prosecco and red or white wine, water or limoncello while you taste your creations.
