Discover Nero's Golden House (the Domus Aurea) with an expert guide, new technology (VR OCULUS), and video narration. These new technologies will be combined with the guided tour of the Domus Aurea’s site.

Get visual insights into how Emperor Nero's golden palace looked 2,000 years ago. The final result will be a true time travel, a sort of cognitive and emotional short circuit, something really innovative in the new technologies applied to the cultural heritage.

Experience a unique journey into the heart of a genuine archaeological dig where you can observe the recovery and restoration phases ‘live’ and at the same time relive the dreams of a somewhat “extravagant” emperor.

  • Please take into consideration also that inside the Domus the temperature is around 10 degrees, so it's recommended to have a light jacket.
