  • TO ENTER IN THE COLOSSEUM IS MANDATORY TO PRESENT A VALID ID OR PASSPORT OF ALL THE VISITORS, ADULTS AND UNDER 18 (also a picture of the id/passport is accepted)
  • Every tourist must provide their name as shown on a valid ID, as it is required for entry to the Colosseum. Names given during booking cannot be changed; those attending must match the booking details.
  • All visitors must pass through a mandatory security control which can take some time depending on the number of people visiting the monument that day.
  • During peak times or seasons, the wait time for security checks may be significant and is UNRELATED TO THE TICKET QUEUE.
  • LATE ARRIVALS ARE CONSIDERED NO SHOW , which is NOT REFUNDABLE and also not possible to reschedule. The reservations have a specific entrance time , after that they expire and are not anymore valid.
  • Tours will proceed regardless of weather conditions unless the monument is closed by authorities
