Description
Step inside Palazzo Grazioli, a historic building just steps from the Pantheon, for a hands-on fresh pasta class led by our professional instructors. You'll mix flour and eggs by hand and cut your pasta on the traditional chitarra abruzzese for a texture no machine can match. Then the chef cooks and plates the pasta in front of you at the station, revealing the real techniques behind Rome's two most debated sauces. With no cream and no shortcuts! When the cooking's done, everyone sits down at a long table to eat what they made, paired with organic wine from our own farm in Tuscany, in the warmth of a real Italian family meal. You'll finish with dessert and a limoncello shot, and leave with a recipe booklet to recreate everything at home. The class is led by a team of true handmade pasta experts who have welcomed over 50,000 guests since 2010.
