Discover the history behind the relocation of the bones of friars from the old friary near the Trevi Fountain to this site, as the Capuchins adhered to their law prohibiting burials within churches. Consequently, an underground cemetery was established, where the bones from the former friary were interred. Since then, this crypt has served as the final resting place for the Capuchins.
