Discover the dark side of Rome on two guided walking tours conducted by knowledgeable and captivating storytellers. Be led into the heart of darkness, where the shadows of history dance with the flickering street lamps of Rome.

PLEASE NOTE: These tours are both 2 hours long, with the option to take both in the same evening with an hour break in between, or on separate evenings. Our team will be in touch when you book to find out your preference.

The tour then delves into the dark stories that linger in Rome’s city centre, from tragic Second World War events to the ghostly legends at some of Rome’s major highlights. You’ll discover the supposed inspiration for Sweeney Todd, and never look at the Trevi Fountain the same way again.

Next, embark on the dark side tour, a night-time stroll that could leave you chilled or amused, but definitely fascinated. Hear tales that include the execution of one of history’s best scientific minds, and try and spot the ghost of a Count who cavorted with Marie Antoinette.
