Your gourmet pizza cooking class will commence with a selection of welcome drinks and snacks akin to the famous aperitivo so adored across the Bel Paese. Then, once you've settled into the Italian mindsight, the cooking class can truly begin.
Italian food is simple but delicious, and we'll teach you how to master the perfect slice using only the freshest ingredients. With our chefs, you'll learn how to craft the ultimate dough, rolling it into your own wonderfully unique base. Here you will also explore the difference between pizza from Rome and pizza from Naples - the former being thinner and crunchier than its Neapolitan cousin.
Next, we move onto our toppings. Will you choose pizza rosso with a delicious dollop of tomato sauce or keep things simple with a pizza bianca? What else will you add alongside the balls of mozzarella, waiting to spread their subtle flavour as they melt in the pizza oven?
