Follow our expert guide through the special Gladiators entrance and step onto the reconstructed Arena Floor, an area not accessible to the general public. Take an amazing panorama photo as the Colosseum will be surrounding you in its beauty.

Colosseum 1st & 2nd outer tier
Next, visit the first and second tiers of the Colosseum where the wealthiest of Romans sat. The best seats in the house are located in the same area as modern stadiums today.

Roman Forum
Your guide will then lead you through the ancient downtown known as the Roman Forum. Here you will see the remains of ancient senate buildings, temples to Roman gods, and multiple grand arches. Listen to stories of ancient Rome and learn all about Roman life from a passionate guide.

Palatine Hill
From the ancient downtown, your guide will lead you to a place we like to think of as the Beverly Hills of Ancient Rome. Climb the Palatine Hill and take in the views over Circus Maximus.   • Names of all participant need to match their passport or ID card, and cannot be amended after booking.
  • The Tour runs regardless of the weather. In case of heavy rainfall, the Colosseum management may close the Arena Floor at the last minute for safety. While the local partner will attempt to make alternate Arena Floor arrangements, there is no refund given for closure
  • This group tour is not wheelchair, walking impairment, or stroller accessible
  • There is a security check at the entrance to all sites. Depending on the volume of visitors, you may have a short wait in the security line
