One of the joys of being in Paris is that you are so close to the Land of the Bubbly — the Champagne Region. Travel privately and explore the beautiful Champagne region. Visit a world-renowned Champagne houses such as Moët & Chandon, Pommery, Veuve Clicquot or Mercier upon availability, as well as smaller estates.

*07:30 Departure from Paris Pick up from your hotel. During the approximately140 km drive on a highway, our guide will provide you with general information about Champagne`s history and wine production in the region. Enjoy the scienic views of the Champagne landscapes and vineyards along the way, with the journey time of about 2 hours.

*10:00 - 10.50 Unique family visit and Champagne tasting Visit the local family Champagne producer situated on the top of the hills, offering breathtaking panoramic views over vineyards. Enjoy a guided tour of the cellars and production section by a family member or one of their team, including explanations about the Champagne-making process and a tasting of 3 glasses of Champagne.

*11:00 - 11:30 Visiting the grave of Dom Pérignon and the best panoramic view One of the monks of the abbey made an unforgettable contribution to the study of wine-making and the invention of champagne. His name is probably familiar to you - Dom Pérignon.

*12:00 - 13:30 Visit of a prestige champagne house with a Guided tour Arrival in Epernay. Visit of Moet et Chandon with a guided tour through the underground cellars and Champagne degustation of 2 glasses of Champagne: Moët Impérial, Rosé Impérial. Moet et Chandon is the biggest Champagne producer. Every second one bottle of Moet et Chandon Champagne is being opened. *Important: we try our best to book Moet et Chandon, but sometimes it is impossible and we arrange a tour with another Champagne house of the same level.

*13:30 - 14:30 Lunch break in Épernay We can make a reservation at a good local restaurant for you, just 30 minutes drive to Reims.

*15:30 - 16:00 Cathedral of Notre-Dame of Reims Marvel at the historic Reims Cathedral, where French kings were crowned. The cathedral hosted thirty-three sovereign coronations in just over 1000 years!

*16:00 - 17:30 Pommery or Veuve Clicquot Discover one of the two "Widows" heritage houses together with the cellars designated as UNESCO World Heritage Site.

*20:00 Coming back to Paris. Drop off at your hotel.
