The macaron is Paris in miniature — delicate, colourful, and impossible to resist. In the show, Emily falls deeper in love with the city through its food, from her first croissant to the pastry shops she discovers along the way. Now it’s your turn.

In this 2.5-hour hands-on class, a professional Parisian pastry chef guides you through making your own macarons from scratch — mixing meringue, piping shells, and filling each one by hand in two signature flavours: classic vanilla and lavender, the official Emily in Paris flavour. Then you’ll add a signature Emily touch by painting your macarons with iridescent edible dust using brand stencils, making each one as elegant and charming as Paris itself. No experience needed.

The whole experience takes place in a chic, fully themed Emily in Paris kitchen — with Emily in Paris conversation cards and a curated playlist setting the mood as your macarons bake. Sip a lavender kir royale cocktail, compare creations with your group, and when everything is ready, box up your handmade macarons in a Paris by Emily takeaway box, snap a Polaroid, and step back out into Paris with a tote bag, a box of macarons, and a very good story.
