In this intimate, hands-on class, you’ll learn how to make croissant dough from scratch and transform it into three eye-catching bicolor pastries: buttery croissants, pains au chocolat filled with rich chocolate and raisin rolls layered with vanilla pastry cream. Along the way, she shares the stories, history and little cultural details behind these French classics, turning the experience into something far more memorable than just following a recipe.
