Meet & Greet Service – Easy Collection: Upon arrival, your driver will be waiting for you directly at the terminal, right after you exit the baggage claim area. You will easily recognize him by a sign with your name clearly displayed. Our staff continuously monitors flight arrival and departure times.

Operating Hours and Options
Our transfer service operates every day, 24 hours a day, to suit all flight schedules.
You can choose between two time options based on your flight:
Daytime transfers: Airport arrivals or pick-ups in Paris between 7 AM and 9 PM
Nighttime transfers: Airport arrivals or pick-ups in Paris between 9:01 PM – 6:59 AM

Please provide your flight details (arrival time and flight number) when making your booking. So we can track your flight and adjust the pick-up time. Your driver will assist you to ensure a safe and comfortable transfer.
On-time flights: Waiting up to 30 minutes after landing. If longer transfer is guaranteed subject to availability.
Delayed flights: Waiting up to 1 hour. For delays over 1 hour transfer is guaranteed subject to availability.

Please provide your flight details (departure time and flight number). By default, the pick-up time is automatically scheduled 3 hours before your flight departure time, allowing sufficient time for check-in and security procedures.
If you prefer a different pick-up time, simply inform us at least 24 hours before your departure, and we’ll be happy to adjust it for you. Changes made less than 24 hours in advance may have an extra cost.

Enjoy fully licensed vehicles with air conditioning, spacious interiors, and professional multilingual drivers dedicated to your comfort. Standard vehicle: Ford Mondeo Hybrid, Vito/Tourer Minivan (or similar)

  • 1 person: 1 checked bag + 1 carry-on – Car
  • 2 people: 2 checked bags or 1 checked bag + 2 carry-ons – Car
  • Baggage capacity depends on luggage size. Vans are required for additional or oversized luggage and must be reserved in advance
  • 3–5 people: up to 5 medium carry-ons - Van
  • 6–7 people: up to 7 medium carry-ons - Van
  • 8 people: up to 8 medium carry-ons - Van
  • Please inform us in advance about oversized items such as wheelchairs
  • Pick-up Arrival directly at your flight’s arrival terminal after baggage claim. The driver will hold a name sign and contact you by phone or text. If your flight is delayed or waiting time exceeds 30 minutes, please contact the provider using the details in your voucher
  • Pick-up Departure directly from the address you provided 3 hours before your flight departure time. The driver will wait an extra 15 minutes before leaving, after this time, he will no longer be responsible for the transfer
