- No specific time slot is required for your reservation, tickets can be used in opening hours
- The museum is fully wheelchair accessible, except for one historical room
- Backpacks and umbrellas, suitcases and large bags must be left in the cloakroom before entering
- Entry to the museum is free for visitors under 18 and for all EU residents under 26 presenting identification
- Children aged 4–11 require a cruise ticket for entry. However, this product does not include cruise tickets for children
