Description

This tour is especially designed for families with children who wish to visit the iconic Montmartre district, but are concerned that children will not enjoy the visit.

Your guide, experienced in tours with children and teenagers, will show you around the neighborhood providing light historical explanations and entertaining children with stops at rides and playgrounds for them to play.

You will meet your guide outside the Anvers metro stop.
Before you start the ascent to the top of the hill to the Basilica of the Sacred Heart, the guide will buy a ticket for a ride on the Montmartre Carrousel for your children and will let them play at the payground.
Once you reach the top of the hill, you will visit the interior of the basilica and then the guide will take you to the Place du Tertre where you will enjoy the artists displaying their paintings.

After the square you will start to descend the hill and see the vineyards where wine is still produced and the various cabarets of Montmartre such as the Lapin Agile and the Moulin de la Gallette.
Then you will walk by a typical local park where your children can play with the playgrand again while you can take five minutes of rest.
You will also see where artists like Picasso and Van Gogh lived.

You will then arrive at the Abbesses district where you will have the opportunity to see the famous " I love you wall" and your children to take another ride on the Abbesses Carrousel

The tour will end at the base of the hill in front of the Moulin Rouge.

Good to know before you go
