This unique guided virtual reality visit, which takes place outdoors, will immerse you in different eras, from the Middle Ages to the 19th century.
Accompanied by a live guide, you will stroll through the Cour Carrée, the Cour Napoléon III, and the Tuileries Garden.

Equipped with a virtual reality headset, you will discover the medieval fortress that the Louvre was in its early days, you will be immersed in the atmosphere of the district that was located at the foot of the Louvre during the Renaissance, and you will even witness a significant event of the French Revolution.
Century after century, you will see the Louvre and its neighborhood transform, the Palais des Tuileries appear, and history unfold before your eyes.

Combining the real and the virtual, this tour will offer returns to the present day to allow you to situate yourself in space and compare the buildings that exist today with those that have disappeared.

  • No last-minute participants will be accepted on site without a reservation.
