  • If you are late, we cannot give you any ticket because this is a group booking
  • No refund or rescheduling is possible for this tour
  • Once you exit the wings and are under the pyramid, you cannot go in the rooms again
  • Please do not bring any luggage nor double baby strollers; you cannot enter the Louvre with them
  • If you book a cruise ticket, it will be emailed the day of the tour. You can take the cruise any day and any time after your Louvre tour
  • The cruise departs from near the Eiffel Tower and the last boat departure is around 22:00 depending on day and season
