  • There are many steps in the Louvre and wheelchairs are NOT permitted on this tour
  • During the summer, the Louvre is busier than usual due to the large number of visitors
  • There may be a wait of up to 20 minutes at the security check-in during peak season
  • If you are late, we will not be able to issue you with a ticket as this is a group booking
  • This tour is non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled
  • Once you have exited the wings and are under the pyramid, you cannot re-enter the rooms
  • Please do not bring any luggage nor double baby strollers; you cannot enter the Louvre with them
  • If you book a cruise ticket, it will be emailed to you on the day of the tour. You can take the cruise any day and at any time after your Louvre tour
  • The cruise departs near the Eiffel Tower, the last boat departs around 10 PM, depending on the day season
