Description

Discover thundering waterfalls, Toronto’s skyline, and island-dotted waterways on a three-day journey from New York and New Jersey to Canada. From Niagara’s colorful evening lights to a scenic Thousand Islands cruise, enjoy a memorable blend of natural beauty and city sights.

Day 1: Scenic New York and Niagara by Night

Depart New York or New Jersey early and travel north for an optional visit to Watkins Glen State Park and the Finger Lakes (90 minutes). Explore dramatic gorge scenery and cascading waterfalls before continuing to Niagara Falls.

End the day with the mandatory Niagara Falls Night Tour (90 minutes). Admire American Falls, Horseshoe Falls, and Bridal Veil Falls under colorful illumination, with fireworks when scheduled and operating.

Watkins Glen is seasonal and subject to closure. When unavailable, an optional visit to the Corning Museum of Glass (90 minutes) replaces this stop.

Hotel: Crowne Plaza Niagara Falls NY–Riverside, Buffalo Marriott Niagara, Aloft Buffalo Airport, or similar.

Day 2: Niagara Up Close and Toronto Highlights

Cross to the Canadian side of Niagara Falls for a morning of spectacular views and optional experiences. Discover the falls’ dramatic stories at IMAX Niagara (30 minutes), feel the mist on a Hornblower Niagara Cruise (30 minutes), or enjoy elevated views and lunch at Skylon Tower (120 minutes).

Continue to Toronto, where waterfront scenery meets a vibrant city skyline. Choose an optional Toronto Sightseeing Harbour Tour (60 minutes), take in panoramic views from the CN Tower (60 minutes), or discover underwater worlds at Ripley’s Aquarium of Canada (60 minutes). Finish with an optional Chinese dinner in Toronto’s Chinatown (60 minutes).

If the harbour tour is unavailable, an optional visit to Casa Loma (60 minutes) replaces it.

Hotel: Comfort Inn Trenton, Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Belleville, or similar.

Day 3: Thousand Islands and Return

Travel to Canada’s Thousand Islands region for an optional sightseeing cruise (60 minutes). Glide past wooded islands and waterfront estates while learning about the region’s history. Relax and enjoy the scenery before returning to New York or New Jersey.

Route: New York or New Jersey, Watkins Glen and Finger Lakes, Niagara Falls, Toronto, Thousand Islands, New York or New Jersey.

This tour enters Canada. Guests must carry the travel documents required for entry into Canada and return to the United States.
