The 2026-27 season brings 17 extraordinary productions to the Met stage, from bold new stagings to timeless classics, offering something for every visitor. The season opens with a searing new production of Verdi's Macbeth, followed by the world premiere of Missy Mazzoli's Lincoln in the Bardo and a gripping new staging of Puccini's La Fanciulla del West. Other highlights include the Met premiere of Silent Night, Janáček's Jenůfa, and Saint-Saëns' Samson et Dalila, alongside classic revivals of Così fan tutte, Aida, Otello, La Bohème, Tosca, Manon, Der Rosenkavalier, Parsifal, Medea, and Maria Stuarda. Families visiting during the holidays won't want to miss The Magic Flute, Julie Taymor's dazzling, puppet-filled staging of Mozart's beloved fairy tale.
