Located on the second floor of the Museum, Café 2 offers a diverse menu of seasonal Italian cuisine and a thoughtful beverage menu of wines, beers, espresso, and coffee. Terrace Café is a full-service café on the top floor of the Museum, offering seasonal American small plates and shareable snacks, as well as curated cocktails, wine, and beer. Outdoor seating is available on the terrace, and the restaurant prominently features artworks by Kerstin Brätsch. The Modern is a two Michelin-starred, contemporary American restaurant at the Museum of Modern Art, featuring multiple experiences as well as a private dining room.

Our flagship Museum Store, adjacent to the lobby of MoMA, features a 30 foot tall wall display with over 2,000 publications and a diverse selection of high-quality design objects, from iconic classics to contemporary innovations by emerging designers. Good to know before you go
  • The museum operates daily 10:30 AM-5:30 PM and Fridays from 10:30 AM-8:30 PM. The last entry is 1 hour before closing.
  • Daily film screenings and art-making labs are included with admission. Entry to MoMA PS1 is also included for up to 14 days after your MoMA visit.
  • Families and children are welcome at the museum. The museum is free for children ages 16 and under.
