Description

Join us on this wonderful experience, where we'll visit the places that shaped the history of this country and tell you about the events that led to the first steps towards the War of Independence.
We'll leave Manhattan around 5:50 a.m. and head to Boston, passing through the state of Connecticut until we reach Massachusetts, where we'll stop for breakfast and to use the restrooms.
Once in Boston, the first stop will be at Copley Square, the public square in the Back Bay neighborhood, where you'll have time to learn about the history, visit the Boston Public Library, Trinity Church in the Romanesque Revival style, and the adjacent John Hancock Tower, which was a major achievement in the design of minimalist and modern skyscrapers. You'll also see the traditional 4-star Fairmont Copley Plaza Hotel in downtown Boston, where you can go inside to take a photo of the lobby. And, of course, you can take a photo at the fountain in Copley Square, where the Hare and the Tortoise landmark is located.
We'll pass by the Mary Baker Christian Science Church, Boston Symphony Hall, and the most important music school in the country, Berklee College of Music. From there, we'll get off on Commonwealth Avenue, where we'll find landmarks and also the narrowest part of the Emerald Necklace.
Continuing on to Cambridge, we'll pass by the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and get off at Harvard University, where you can stroll around and take a photo with the statue of John Harvard.
We'll walk part of the famous Freedom Trail, which consists of 16 iconic sites that marked the beginnings of a nation.
And we'll finish at Quincy Market Plaza, where you'll have time for lunch, to use the restrooms, and to enjoy the shops and street art.
