We walk next door to the historic Pharmacy Museum for our first ghost story of the evening. We continue up Chartres Street toward Jackson Square where most productions were filmed and animated. Around this time, we offer a break if needed. The second half of the tour passes by the Old Ursuline Convent, said to be the home of vampires. Around the corner from there is the LaLaurie Mansion, New Orleans' most haunted house. Now back on Royal Street, we continue with more ghost stories and tv and movie filming sites. The tour ends at Pirate's Alley in the middle of the French Quarter.

Description
We will walk through the French Quarter to visit the sites where popular horror movies and tv shows were filmed. This will include The Originals, American Horror Story Coven, Interview with the Vampire, Disney's Haunted Mansion, and more. We also give insight into the film industry and why New Orleans became known as the Hollywood of the South.
Along the way, we also tell New Orleans' infamous ghost stories and visit haunted sites, including the LaLaurie Mansion. New Orleans is known as one of the most haunted cities in the USA for many good reasons. We even have real-life vampires.
The tour starts at 400 Royal Street on the courthouse steps near Brennan's Restaurant. We walk down Chartres Street, cross through Jackson Square, and include a break area for restrooms or drinks. The second half of the tour loops up Royal Street and ends at Pirates Alley in the middle of the French Quarter.
Since this is an outdoors walking tour, we recommend wearing comfortable shoes and dressing for the weather. The French Quarter is a high traffic area, so we also recommend arriving early due to road closures, parades, crowds, etc.
- This is an outdoor walking tour in a high traffic area, so please consider weather, traffic conditions, road closures, arriving ahead of time, and wearing appropriate outdoor clothing.
