- Tours depart from boarding locations approximately every 20-30 minutes
- The tour is 11 miles long and averages 1 hour and 45 minutes from start to finish
- You will receive a map with all stops and a schedule at the ticket depot when you redeem your voucher
- Seating is on a first come first serve basis
- Hours of operation are 9:30 AM-4:00 PM daily
- Trolley's are all-weather and operate rain or shine
- Children under 3 are free if they sit in a lap
- For wheelchair accessibility assistance, you will need to contact the operator at least 24 hours in advance to give notice
- Last tour departs stop #1 at 4pm and returns at 5:50pm. You won’t be able to board at any stop after 4:00pm to receive a full tour.
- Hours of operation on holidays may vary; please contact the activity provider to check a specific date
- Veterans Day: November 11: Tours begin at 12pm.
- Christmas Eve: Last tour starts at 2:30pm.
- New Year’s Eve: Last tour starts at 2:30pm.
