Description

Turn street art inspiration into a personalized souvenir. In this hands-on workshop, you’ll learn the fundamentals of spray paint and stencil art while surrounded by the world's premier collection of murals.

Activity Flow

Arrival: Head to the Welcome Center located on 2nd Avenue.

Express Check-In & Waiver: Skip the kiosks! Go directly to the Welcome Center staff to sign your waiver and check in.

Interactive Exploration: Walk through the grounds and check out the Legacy, Doors, and Garden sections. Be sure to scan our Augmented Reality (AR) QR codes along the way!

The Introduction: Head to the dedicated Street Art Experience area in the Garden to meet your instructor from our Education Team and grab your protective gear.

The Workshop: Start with a "free expression" warm-up to find your rhythm with the spray can. Then, use professional, custom stencils from legendary artists like OBEY, AIKO, and Ron English to layer your design onto a high-quality canvas.

Explore the Walls: Enjoy full access to the Wynwood Walls museum. Take your time exploring over 38 world-class murals, immersive art installations, sculptures, and the Goldman Global Arts Galleries.

Do not wait in the general admission kiosk lines. Enter the Wynwood Walls Welcome Center and proceed directly to the staff at the Information/Tour Desk. Show your QR code ticket for immediate check-in and waiver signing.

What to Expect

Unleash your creativity during this 60-minute hands-on stencil workshop. Here is how your experience will flow:

Check-In: Skip the general admission kiosk lines and head directly to the Information/Tour Desk inside the Welcome Center.

Directional Guidance: Once checked in, our staff will provide directions and guide you into the garden to the dedicated Street Art Experience area.

Meet Your Instructor: At the workshop station, you will be greeted by a member of our Education Team who will facilitate your session.

Workshop Briefing: Your instructor will share class details, provide a safety overview, and distribute all materials (including aprons and gloves).

Design & Spray: You will spend the hour learning the fundamentals of spray-can art, practicing free expression, and layering custom stencils under the guidance of our educators to create a canvas to take home.
