  • * Passenger Weight: Combined weight of all passengers must not exceed 500 pounds (230 kg). Maximum weight per passenger is 250 pounds (113 kg). Exceeding these limits will result in one passenger being excluded, with no refunds.
  • * Check-In: Arrive and check in at least 30 minutes before departure. Late arrivals may have their tour shortened or be considered a 'no show', with no refund.
  • * Solo Travelers: Solo travelers are accepted and must purchase 2 tickets.
  • * Waiver: All passengers must sign a waiver during check-in.
  • * Cancellation/Rescheduling: Notify us at least 24 hours prior to your booking to avoid fees.
  • * Identification: The person who paid must present their ID and credit card at check-in (no photos or copies).
  • * Minors: Must be accompanied by an adult.
  • * This is a private helicopter tour, so only your group will participate
