  • All Jet Car drivers must have a Florida Boating License if born after January 1, 1988 ($9.99 per driver, non-refundable). A link and study guide will be sent after booking
  • A remaining balance of $250 per Jet Car is due at check-in and covers gas, marina fees, service fees, and taxes
  • Failure to pay the required balance at check-in will result in denial of participation without refund
  • All participants must sign a waiver before departure
  • Each Jet Car has a maximum weight capacity of 572 lbs (259 kg)
  • Parents or legal guardians accompanying minors must present a valid ID and sign the waiver at check-in
  • Drivers must be at least 16 years old
  • Drivers aged 16-17 must be accompanied by an adult passenger
  • The activity operates rain or shine, subject to safe weather conditions
