Description

Get married on a beach in Miami - a surprisingly uncomplicated yet beautiful experience. Choose between a legal, civil, registered marriage ceremony or a renewal of vows ceremony without any legal registration. After completing your reservation, get put in touch with your wedding planner/officiant to customize your ceremony and to finalize all legalities.

On the day of the ceremony, head down to a very quiet, white, sandy beach in Miami. Meet your officiant who will have everything prepared for your romantic ceremony by the water. After you have spoken your vows to one another, receive a rose bouquet and a champagne toast. Assistance with legal marriage documents for citizens of non-US countries and a photoshoot is available at a surcharge.

Good to know before you go
  • Citizens of most countries can get legally married in Miami including same-sex couples
  • Prior to the wedding couples must obtain a marriage license at the Miami marriage office, this takes about 30 minutes and can be done any day Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM-4:00 PM except on US holidays for a fee of US$ 86.00
  • Couples only need passports and the dates when a previous marriage legally ended
  • Miami weddings are legally recognized with an apostille document (US$ 200) in most countries such as the UK and Germany, other countries please check with your local marriage office in your home country first
