    • We monitor and track all the flights, we will pick you up even if your flight is delayed.
    • Our driver will wait at the pick-up point with your name written on the board 60 min after landing.
    • The driver will then wait a further 15 minutes before leaving the airport unless we are Informed that there is been delays in passport and customs control or baggage area.
    • That is a total of 75 minutes free waiting time after the flight has landed.
    • If waiting time exceeds 75 minutes, the additional waiting time cost is payable in cash to the driver at the beginning or at the end of your transfer.
    • Additional waiting time fees of £10 will apply for every 15 minutes, this rate includes waiting time for the driver and airport carpark fee.
    • If after 90 minutes the customer could not be contacted or did not respond, this will result in a customer no-show and a refund will no longer be possible.

Flight Monitoring
We actively monitor your flight in real time. Whether your flight arrives early or is delayed, your driver will adjust accordingly to ensure you are collected on time.
Driver Details & Communication
Your driver’s details will be sent within 12 hours of your scheduled pick-up, via email, text message, or WhatsApp. Please contact us if you have not received these details.
We strongly recommend providing a mobile number that is available on WhatsApp or iMessage, as many of our clients have found these channels to be the most reliable way to stay updated. Please ensure your phone is switched on after landing to allow smooth coordination.
Meeting Points – Luton Airport
Our drivers provide a meet-and-greet service inside the arrivals hall at the designated meeting point for your terminal, holding a board with your name for easy recognition. If you cannot locate your driver, please remain at the meeting point and call the number provided.
Waiting Time Policy
We understand that passport control and baggage claim may take time, so our policy allows for generous waiting:
Free Waiting Time: 75 minutes from the actual landing time. This includes 60 minutes at the meeting point plus an additional 15 minutes grace.
Extended Waiting: If passengers doesn’t show within 75 minutes, extended waiting fees will apply thereafter. Charges are applied per 15-minute slot, depending on the vehicle category. These fees cover parking and driver time. Payment can be made in cash to the driver or by card, via a secure payment link.
Communication During Delays: In case of major delays at passport control or baggage reclaim, please notify your driver immediately to avoid confusion.
No-Show: If after 90 minutes from landing the passenger is uncontactable or fails to show up, the booking will be classified as a no-show, and a refund won't be possible.
Meet & Greet & Luggage Assistance
Your driver will meet you at the designated point, assist with your luggage, and escort you to the vehicle. Assistance is provided for both loading and unloading to ensure a comfortable experience.
Luggage Allowance
Saloon: Up to 2 passengers, 2 large/medium suitcases + 2 carry-ons.
MPV : Up to 4 passengers, 4 large/medium suitcases + 4 carry-ons.
Large MPV: Up to 6 passengers, 6 large/medium suitcases + 6 carry-ons.
Each passenger may also bring one personal item, such as a handbag or backpack.
Oversized Luggage: Items such as surfboards, golf clubs, or bicycles may not fit in standard vehicles. Please inform us in advance so we can recommend a suitable vehicle.
If your total luggage exceeds the allowance for your booked vehicle, an upgrade to a larger vehicle will be mandatory for comfort and safety.
It is therefore very important that you inform us of the exact number and size of your bags in advance.
