    • That is a total of 75 minutes free waiting time after the flight has landed.
    • If waiting time exceeds 75 minutes, the additional waiting time cost is payable in cash to the driver at the beginning or at the end of your transfer.
    • Additional waiting time fees of £10 will apply for every 15 minutes, this rate includes waiting time for the driver and airport carpark fee.
    • If after 90 minutes the customer could not be contacted or did not respond, this will result in a customer no-show and a refund will no longer be possible.

This is a private transfer service from Luton Airport to your hotel or address in Central London, made just for you and your group. Our service lets you skip crowded bus stations and the stress of public transport.

For pickups at Luton Airport, we actively monitor your flight in real time using live tracking data. Whether your flight arrives early or is delayed, your driver will adjust the pick-up time accordingly. The pick-up time shown on your booking is an estimate: your complimentary waiting time begins from the actual landing time. If you need a fixed or later pick-up, please tell us in advance.

At Luton Airport, your driver meets you inside the arrivals hall, holding a board with your name. Our airport waiting policy allows 75 minutes of free waiting time from the actual landing time. Extended waiting is charged per 15-minute slot from £12.50, and a no-show is declared 90 minutes after landing.

If your flight is expected to arrive more than 3 hours later than its scheduled arrival time, or more than 5 hours for non-European flights, the booking will no longer be valid. It will be treated as a no-show, will not be eligible for a refund, and a new booking and full payment will be required, subject to availability.

If you change to a different flight, date, time or airport less than 12 hours before pick-up, please tell us as soon as possible. Accommodating the change depends on availability and an additional fee may apply.


Your driver's name, phone number, and vehicle details will be sent within 12 hours of your scheduled pick-up via email, text message, or WhatsApp. We recommend providing a mobile number available on WhatsApp or iMessage. Your driver will also contact you after landing, so please keep your phone switched on and connected to a mobile network or airport Wi-Fi.

Luggage allowances: Saloon/Executive/Luxury (2 passengers, 2 suitcases, 2 carry-ons), MPV (4 passengers, 4 suitcases, 4 carry-ons), Large MPV/Business MPV (6 passengers, 6 suitcases, 6 carry-ons). Oversized items must be reported in advance. Please provide the correct flight number and arrival time, as we use these to monitor your flight. If we cannot provide the booked transfer due to driver or vehicle unavailability, you will receive a full refund.
