  • FLIGHT CONFIRMATION: Your selected date and time is a request only and is subject to availability. Lite Flight Helicopters will review your booking and send a final confirmation email.
  • RESCHEDULING: If your requested date or time is unavailable, we will offer an alternative flight or a full refund.
  • PASSENGER WEIGHT: Maximum weight is 300 lbs (136 kg) per passenger. Combined passenger weight cannot exceed 550–600 lbs, depending on fuel and aircraft loading. Passenger weights are required at booking.
  • WEATHER: Flights are weather dependent. If canceled due to weather, you may reschedule or receive a full refund.
  • GROUPS OF 4–6: Each helicopter seats up to 3 passengers. Groups of 4 or more will be split between two helicopters when available. Otherwise, flights will depart consecutively, with the second flight leaving after the first returns.
