Description
Fancy discovering the City of London with a German-speaking guide?
Our London city tour in German takes you through the historical and financial heart of London. This is where the history of London began with the founding of Londinium by the Romans! On our walk, the contrast in architecture between tradition and modernity becomes clear in many places, partly due to the consequences of the destruction caused by the "Great Fire of London," World War II, and also due to the lively construction activity in the financial district in recent years.
On our way, we will see the Millennium Bridge (built at the turn of the millennium), St. Paul's Cathedral (Sir Christopher Wren's masterpiece), the Royal Exchange, and much more. The tour ends at the highlights of the Tower of London and Tower Bridge.
- Arrive a few minutes early so that your tour can start on time.
