    • Our driver will wait at the pick-up point with your name written on the board 60 min after landing.
    • The driver will then wait a further 15 minutes before leaving the airport unless we are Informed that there is been delays in passport and customs control or baggage area.
    • That is a total of 75 minutes free waiting time after the flight has landed.
    • If waiting time exceeds 75 minutes, the additional waiting time cost is payable in cash to the driver at the beginning or at the end of your transfer.
    • Additional waiting time fees of £10 will apply for every 15 minutes, this rate includes waiting time for the driver and airport carpark fee.
    • Example of waiting time fees:
    • 0 min to 75 min - free
    • 75 min to 90 min - £10
    • 90 min to 105 min - £20
    • 105 min to 120 min - £30
    • If after 90 minutes the customer could not be contacted or did not respond, this will result in a customer no-show and a refund will no longer be possible.

This product is valid for one way, for pickups from Heathrow airport to Victoria, London and the surrounding areas, as well as for pickups from Victoria, London and the surrounding areas to Heathrow airport.
