How it works?

1. Book: After booking, you will receive a separate email with the exact meeting point. Head there during our opening hours where a friendly staff member will greet you.

2. Drop Off: Show your ID or confirmation email to the staff, and we'll securely store your luggage for the day.

3. Pick Up: When you're ready to collect your bags, return to the same location within our operating hours. Present your ID or email, and we will swiftly return your belongings.

Good to know before you go

Show your Stasher email confirmation with the booking code at your drop-off location, or ask them to look up the booking under your full name. You will receive it instantly or within 10 minutes after you book the activity. If you don't receive it or can't find it in your inbox, contact the activity provider
