    • If waiting time exceeds 75 minutes, the additional waiting time cost is payable in cash to the driver at the beginning or at the end of your transfer.
    • Additional waiting time fees of £12.50 will apply for every 15 minutes, this rate includes waiting time for the driver and airport carpark fee.
    • If after 90 minutes the customer could not be contacted or did not respond, this will result in a customer no-show and a refund will no longer be possible.

Our service is designed for you to skip the crowded bus stations and avoid the stress of public transport, so you don’t have to worry about being on time for your flight or navigating the city. This allows you to start or finish your holiday on a high note.

We actively monitor your flight in real time using live tracking data. Whether your flight arrives early or is delayed, your driver will adjust the pickup time accordingly to ensure you are collected on time.

Your driver’s name, phone number, and vehicle details will be sent within 12 hours of your scheduled pick-up via email, text message, or WhatsApp. For the best experience, we strongly recommend providing a mobile number available on WhatsApp or iMessage, as these are the most reliable ways to stay updated with live arrival details. Please ensure your phone is switched on after landing to allow for smooth coordination.

At Heathrow Airport, our drivers provide a professional meet-and-greet service inside the arrivals hall at the designated meeting point for your terminal, holding a board with your name for easy recognition. Each terminal has a specific meeting point: Terminal 2 at WHSmith, Terminal 3 at Caffè Nero, Terminal 4 at Costa Coffee, and Terminal 5 at Costa Coffee. Your driver will assist with your luggage and escort you directly to the vehicle. For pickups in Central London, please wait in the hotel lobby or outside the main entrance of your residence at the confirmed time.

Our airport waiting policy allows 75 minutes of free waiting time from the actual landing time. This includes 60 minutes for arrivals procedures plus a 15-minute grace period. If passengers do not show within 75 minutes, extended waiting fees apply per 15-minute slot: £12.50 for Saloon, £15.00 for MPV/Executive, and £17.50 for Large MPV/Luxury. If a passenger is uncontactable or fails to show 90 minutes after landing, the booking is a no-show and non-refundable. For London pickups, 15 minutes of complimentary waiting is included, with a no-show declared after 30 minutes.

This service covers Central London only; locations in North-East, East, and South-East London may incur additional fees.

Luggage allowances are: Saloon/Executive/Luxury (2 passengers, 2 suitcases, 2 carry-ons), MPV (4 passengers, 4 suitcases, 4 carry-ons), and Large MPV (6 passengers, 6 suitcases, 6 carry-ons). Each passenger may also bring one personal item. Oversized items like surfboards, golf clubs, or mobility scooters must be reported in advance. We are not liable for cancelled flights, and such cases are treated as passenger cancellations.
