Benefit from the services of a professional chauffeur and travel in the comfort of an air-conditioned vehicle with a generous luggage allowance.
For arrival transfers, get a meet and greet in the arrivals hall and benefit from generous waiting time in the event of any delays inside the terminal. Your flight will be tracked and your pick-up time adjusted in the event of any delays or early landing. Get help with your luggage as the driver escorts you to the waiting vehicle.
For departure transfers, the driver will meet you in the reception of your hotel. The service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to suit all flight arrival and departure times.
- Baggage allowance is 1 large suitcase and 1 carry-on bag per person
- Oversized or excess luggage (surfboards, golf clubs, bikes etc.) may have certain restrictions. Contact the local tour operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable
- Your flight will be tracked and your pick-up time adjusted in the event of any changes
- You will get a maximum of 1-hour waiting time after landing for flights from Europe and a maximum of 1.5 hours waiting time after landing for flights from outside Europe
- A 100% supplement applies on all bookings for December 24, 25, 26 and 31 and January 1
- The charges for your booking transportation are correct as long your accommodation/hotel is located in the operative areas in Central London with postcodes: SW1, SW3, SW5, SW6, SW7, SW10, W1, W2, W6, W8, W9, W10, W11, W12, W14, WC1 and WC2
- If your hotel is located outside of the operative area, extra charges may apply. You will be advised soon as the booking is received
